Sidari is to be found at the north end of Corfu , about 40 km from Corfu town (Kerkyra) the capital of the island. Sidari is a resort suitable for all ages and tastes. Sidari has 5 different beaches, all of them are naturally sandy and the water is generally sallow for many meters in. The main beach is about 1 km long and 200 - 300m wide, which makes it one of the safest for bathers and especially for children. One of Sidari's most famous land marks are the unusual cliff formations known as canal d amour (channel of love). The legend has it that if a couple swims together in its water they will be together forever.

Another amenity that Sidari has no shortage of is undoubtedly restaurants. Everything you could wish for is here somewhere - traditional Greek Tavernas and restaurants, take away places making the infamous Gyros, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Italian and even Mc donald's, to name but a few and of course the ubiquitous English Breakfast. As for the holidaymaker partial to a drop of liquid refreshment, there are more than enough bars and pubs in which to unwind and relax. Most of them offer entertainment like live acts, singers, karaoke contests, bingos, pub quizzes etc. and when the night comes you will most probably find yourselves dancing at one of the night clubs which stay open until the early morning hours.
There are plenty of things to do while in Sidari, a lot of excursions begin from here to different places of interest in Corfu while Aqualand Water Park is one hour away and Hydropolis Water Park is only 15 minutes from Sidari.
